Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete the data DMLoop holds about you and the Instagram accounts you have connected. You have two options.

Option 1 — Disconnect an Instagram account (in-app)

To stop DMLoop from accessing and processing a connected Instagram account, open the app, go to Inboxes, and choose Disconnect on the account. This revokes our access and halts all further automations for that account. You can also remove DMLoop from your Instagram account’s connected apps at any time in the Instagram app; when you do, we automatically deactivate the corresponding connection on our side.

Option 2 — Delete your account and all data

To permanently delete your DMLoop account and all associated data, email us:

  • Send a message to general@ivorytusk.co.in from the email address on your DMLoop account.
  • Use the subject line “Data deletion request”.

We will verify the request and delete your account, connected-account tokens, captured contacts and leads, message and automation history, and analytics derived from them. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and will email you to confirm when it is done. We may retain limited records where required by law.

What gets deleted

  • Your DMLoop account and profile.
  • Encrypted Instagram access tokens for every connected account.
  • Contacts and leads captured by your automations.
  • Message, comment, automation, and link-click history.
